home-made potato & leek soup

button mushrooms coated in a white wine, garlic & parsley cream sauce, presented on a toasted bruschetta

our very own home-made pâté placed with sliced toast a balsamic drizzle and salad leaves


To follow

chicken supreme roasted with shallots & bacon with a drizzle of  stilton sauce

lamb shank braised for several hours in a red wine and mint jus sat on a red onion mash, served with fresh vegetables

salmon supreme sat with a mushroom medley draped with a lemon & chive sauce served with                                            
new potatoes & fresh vegetables

goats cheese and asparagus tart, served with a sweet basil pesto


To finish


timbers classic chocolate mousse with chocolate sauce and fresh cream

raspberry crème bruleè, mixed berry compote served with fresh cream

timbers fruit cheesecake with a drizzle of mango coulis

fanned honeydew melon served with a fruit berry compote

timbers roast platter of pork, plated with home-made yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and gravy

chicken supreme served with asparagus, cherry tomatoes and a madeira jus

roast salmon served with leeks, prawns & a seafood sauce

crunchy vegetables, stir fried with a sweet & sour sauce plated with a timbale of rice


To finish

vanilla panacotta, mixed berry compote with a raspberry coulis

timbers fruit cheesecake served with fresh cream and coulis

profiteroles with fresh cream chantilly filled with a chocolate cream
